Member Services Representative Job Description
Non-Profit Trade Association for all AZ Radio & Televisions
The overall responsibility of the Member Services Representative is to organize and coordinate member experiences with association benefits. This includes responding to member phone calls and emails related to event registrations, renewals, directory listing, database records, and other member-related items. Additionally, this position supports all database updates and works with other team members to facilitate the smooth flow of communications and event experiences. Other duties include supporting various projects and programs to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency – making positive contributions to the ABA members in accordance with the goals and objectives set by the board & President/CEO.
This job is full-time position with the office located near Sky Harbor, and compensation will be based on experience. No benefits are included. ABA is an equal opportunity employer.
