This entry-level role requires extreme attention to detail and strong organizational skills. You’ll be responsible for supporting leadership in account management, including day-to-day account activities. And you’ll have a chance to work with other agency account teams to provide optimal client service and a quality experience.

What it takes: 

  • Highly effective communication skills and ability to collaborate
  • Extremely strong organization and time-management skills
  • Demonstrate well-rounded knowledge of advertising disciplines
  • Understand agency procedures and proper utilization of the system
  • Monitor and track finances on a daily basis
  • Assist with creation of creative briefs
  • Participate in client meetings/conference calls as needed
  • Provide updates and daily status reports, identifying and resolving discrepancies, and ensuring that jobs are organized and completed on time
  • Track the status of all jobs for each assigned account both internally and externally
  • Work with the project manager to coordinate and resolve deadlines for all work
  • Maintain backup job folders with all documentation


  • At least 1 year of agency or marketing experience
  • Bachelor’s degree
